Refund policy

Deer Focus's Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Policies are designed to provide customers with a positive shopping experience and ensure satisfaction with their purchases. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt:
You have the option to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. No restocking fee will be applied in this case. However, please note that return shipping charges will be your responsibility unless there was a shipping error on our part. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Returns of Used Items Within 30 Days of Purchase:
If you want to return an item in a used condition within 30 days of purchase, you may do so, but there will be a restocking fee amounting to 50% of the purchase price, along with the return shipping charges. To be eligible for the return, the items must be free of any damage, and electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.

Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 14-Day Window:
For returns beyond the 14-day period, you can still make a return, but a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply, along with the return shipping charges. The item must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for this type of return.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure successful return delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item you're trying to return.

Returns Mechanics, COD, and Timing:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through email: sales@deerfocusinc.com. We will notify you via the email address on file once your return is processed. Refunds are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt, and you will see the refund on your payment card or account statement shortly after. Note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).

Refused Shipments:
If you refuse delivery of an order that you had requested us to ship to you, we may charge a flat fee of $75 per e-bike to partially cover our shipping costs. It is important to note that once orders have been shipped, we cannot change, intercept, or cancel them. If the refused shipment returns to us, we will process it as a return and issue a refund for the purchase price minus the $75 fee.

Battery Returns:
Due to restrictions imposed by shipping carriers for high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, battery purchases are non-returnable. Regrettably, we cannot accept battery returns via shipping carriers.
